I first spoke with a recruiter and then had an interview with the main admin staff. The people I met were all very nice and provided a lot of information about the job and the company. Even though I did not get the offer, I enjoyed my experience with the company.

I applied through a recruiter that did an awful job representing the company. As a third generation company, I was surprised by the poor communication and professionalism of the company selected to manage the recruitment process. The family members have a good reputation in the industry in providing quality products and service to customers, but they completely failed when it came to human resources and recruitment process. I am sure Kristi Tacony is a busy CEO, but you are the BOSS and today, you not only lost a potential associate but more importantly a Tacony product evangelist and a "customer for life".
