My interview wasn't very long. I really clicked with the district manager, and I had a lot of relevant work experience, so I felt pretty prepared and confident going into it. The questions were pretty straightforward, focusing on P&Ls, customer service, and general knowledge about running a fast food restaurant from my previous roles.

I got a call for an interview. The manager who interviewed me had some issues and has since left the company. They asked some questions that are now illegal, about my age, gender, and religion. Aside from that, it was a normal interview. They asked about my past work experience, if I could work nights and weekends, and for examples of leadership from my everyday life.
