Service Technician
It was an easy interview. You should know something about the job you applied for. Make sure to show up on time and be honest. They will probably ask about your past jobs. You need to tell them your availability right away, as it's important. Be confident, but don't be arrogant. Safety and your personality are the most important things. You also need to be able to pass a drug test and a background check, and have reliable transportation.
- What do you know about this role?
- Tell me about your previous employers.
- What's your availability?
Line Service Technician
It took a bit to get the interview, but after the first one, I was called back for two more interviews pretty quickly, like within a day. Each interview was about 30 to 45 minutes, and there were two managers in each one.
- Tell me about yourself.
Line Service Technician
The interview process was very professional and competitive, more so than I expected for this job. HR called me for a phone interview that lasted about 15-20 minutes. After that, I had an in-person interview with the Safety Manager and the Line Manager. They told me I was a 'Top Hire' based on my experience.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with a high-pressure situation?
- What would you say is your biggest weakness?
Line Service Technician
It was an easy process. If you can pass a background check, you're in. Pass a drug test and you're hired. Tac will train you. It's an entry-level position. The toughest part is waiting on TSA, plus fingerprints are required and you must have a driver's license. I noticed Tac is an equal opportunity employer, hiring men, women, young or old.
