This was a horrible experience, they wasted two months of my time with 6 interviews, way more than the 5 the recruiter initially mentioned. The structure was vague and not straightforward. The final interview with the VP was scheduled via email at 7 pm the night before, with the interview at 10 am the next day, and a decision needed by the following week from myself and two other candidates. It felt unprofessional and stressful, like they already knew who they were hiring. Despite passing all interviews and getting positive feedback from the team, I was ghosted after the final interview. I emailed them three weeks later and got no response, showing no respect for my time or hard work, especially after coding the technical task day and night.

the interview process is lengthy and was progressing slower than I expected but that could be due to the timing as I was interviewing at the end of the year when people are constantly out of the office. I had to wait 2 weeks between each round of interviews for the most part and there was no communication between these 2 weeks, not even if I emailed and asked for updates. At that time I was still employed at my previous company so I was not in a hurry to find the next position, therefore it worked out for me. However, I can see how frustrating this would be if the candidate is actively looking for new opportunities. The interviews themselves are very fair. The questions were reasonable, and everyone I talked to was friendly and pleasant.

I applied for a Solutions Engineer position online and was then contacted to arrange a call with a recruiter. We scheduled the call for a few days later. The recruiter ended up calling past our scheduled time, but we were able to connect eventually. The conversation was pretty standard. I didn't get the impression the recruiter was super knowledgeable about the company or very excited about it, but maybe they were just having an off day. I didn't hear back after that and I didn't follow up.
