I had an HR call first, then a hiring manager interview where we found the initial role wasn't a fit, so they moved me to another position. Then there was a VP Product face-to-face, followed by a 2-hour product design case study (prep + presentation). After that, I had an HR chat, then met with the Director of R&D and the CTO. The hiring manager interviewed me again for the new role. Finally, they called two of my previous managers for references. The product team members were great, professional, and seemed to have a strong product culture. I appreciated them finding another role for me. However, the recruiter made me uncomfortable. When I asked for a couple of extra days to think about the offer, they said I was 'sending a wrong message' and implied they were doing me a favor by offering me the job.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, a quick call with HR. Then, I had an interview with the Director of Product over Zoom. After that, there was a 5-hour in-office Product test. It started with a brief intro to the test, then about 2 hours and 15 minutes for the actual test. This was followed by a 1.5-2 hour presentation and Q&A with the hiring manager and another product leader. Next, I interviewed with the CTO, then the VP of Product. Finally, I had an HR interview to discuss salary and other details. Then, an offer.

Then, I had an interview with two Senior Product Managers. This round included a 2-hour work test followed by a 1-hour presentation where I had to analyze one of their products, discuss its MVP, and suggest changes and upgrades in a very short timeframe.
