The interview process started with an HR screening where they talked about their company and products. Next, I met with the hiring manager for a general background check and some behavior questions, followed by a live coding session. Finally, there was a home assignment that I had five days to complete.

It was a whole process, starting with some prep and nerves, then moving into questions and answers. We tried to build some rapport. There were assessments and I sought clarity on things. Then came follow-ups, decisions, and the anticipation of feedback. Eventually, there was relief or disappointment, followed by acceptance or rejection, and definitely learning and growth. It felt like progression and opportunity, a real evaluation and reflection period. Communication and professionalism were key, aiming for mutual understanding and alignment. Finally, closure, gratitude, connection, achievement, and new beginnings.
