Before the actual interview, there's a substantial pre-interview process, involving filling out about 25-45 pages of forms and providing character references. It's important to note that if you have any past issues, it might be best not to go through their rigorous and strict procedures, as the top management at the Rancheria are very particular and might reject candidates for various reasons. I actually went in for an in-person interview before the new building was even ready. The interviewer was the Food and Beverage Manager, who was a really nice guy and conducted the interview well. We spoke for about 15-20 minutes right there in the restaurant.

It was a pretty chill interview process. Some of the questions they asked were a bit weird, though. They definitely seemed professional and keen to know what I could bring to the team. I really appreciated them considering me even though I don't have a ton of experience.

I interviewed with Table mountain Casino two times. The first one was meeting HR, the second was meeting the Count Room Manager and Supervisor. After that I went with a group to the HR room on the second floor of the casino, and it was like a class setting with the group. The HR lady that interviewed me taught us everything we had to know about the casino and showed us behind the scenes of what the casino was like and how it runs. Everyone was polite. Then in 2 weeks we all started our jobs.
