The recruitment process was dishonest. A verbal offer was made, but a formal offer letter was never sent. My calls were declined, and my emails and texts were ignored. This caused me to miss out on another job offer. Do not trust anything from the HR department of T2 Biosystems.

You get a call from their Hiring Consultant cum Junior HR asking for an on-phone Interview with the hiring manager. If he likes it, they're going to ask you to come to their operational HQ in Lexington, MA. They treat you well, show you around the facilities, have some lunch with the employees and then grill you for some questions. Lots of people from the entire team will ask you questions. There's an on-site problem-solving task, you are given to test you for your logical aptitude.
