Behavioral Presentation

The company works for a federal consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group. The recruiter said it would be a one-and-done interview, but it wasn't. There was a second interview with the primary firm, and there could have been more. I only had 30 minutes in the second interview, with the last minute to ask questions, so I asked one question. They didn't respect my time. I had to apply to both the company and the primary firm. I also had to ask about the status of my application because the recruiter never followed up. All of this was for a job that's only for one year, which was a terrible experience and a waste of my time.

Behavioral Other

I applied and then a hiring manager called me. The first phone screen was short but useful. He explained the company well and we scheduled another call. The second phone screen was good, felt like a chat, and also very informative. I understood the role clearly after that call. Then I was invited for an in-person interview at T-Rex HQ. Everyone was nice and professional. The interview itself went well, I felt the hiring manager was genuine and engaged. He kept me updated while I waited for the decision. I was happy to accept!

Technical Behavioral Other

The interview process was straightforward. I had a phone interview, which lasted about 30 minutes. I had two face-to-face interviews, each of which ran for about an hour. I met with the hiring manager, his boss, and a person who would be my peer. The interviews were all professional and pleasant conversations. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
