We started with a group hype session about how great it is to work there and possibilities for perks, then a tour of the call floor. A couple current employees told us what they liked about their jobs. It finished up by a panel interview of what seemed to be the meanest people they had in the building. The tone shift was shocking.

It kicked off with a digital interview where you record yourself answering questions. You get 30 seconds to prep before recording each of the 8-10 questions, which were pretty straightforward. Next, I had a 1:1 Zoom chat that was also quite simple, focusing on situational questions. It's smart to have a bunch of STAR method stories ready to go. After the questions, we did a mock call. They gave me a page to read beforehand, and I made sure to cover everything on it during the 'call'. They also do a background check and contact past employers after extending an offer.
