It was a 3 round interview process. First, there were 7 behavioral questions asked via recording. Then, I had a meeting with the Hiring Manager. After that, I had a 2 person panel screening with the Technical Team (ML). The panel interview felt really awkward because the two people didn't seem to interact or engage much. Throughout all the interviews, they kept asking about my experience with Azure Cloud. Internal communication seems to be a challenge at T-Mobile. It was pretty much what you'd expect from a big company's interview process. They even asked questions that didn't really fit the Business Analyst job description, as if they were actually looking for an Engineer.

The interview process started with an HR general screening. Then, I had a second interview with the Hiring Manager where we discussed my background and past work. The third interview was split into two parts: one with a Sr. Manager, which was the most challenging and focused on analysis-specific skills to gauge my aptitude for the role, and a technical interview that was of medium difficulty.

I applied to a bunch of jobs and a recruiter screened me first to go over my experience and references. Then I met with the hiring manager for about 30 minutes. After that, I met with a small group of people including the hiring manager for an hour. They asked me about my past experiences and the kind of work I like doing. The hiring manager gave me some feedback after the interview about my strengths and weaknesses and how I answered the questions.
