I applied online. About a week later, a recruiter emailed me with eight questions that are usually asked during an HR phone screen. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager, scheduled for two days later. This was the second round. Following that, there was supposed to be a third round with three more interviews, totaling four interviews with seven people plus HR. After that, there was a case study, and then they'd make a final decision. For a fairly junior role, this seemed like a really long process, but I didn't get past the second round.

The interview process was pretty standard for a big tech company, though it took a bit longer than usual. It started with an HR phone screen, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a higher-level manager. Typically, T-Mobile also includes group interviews with 3-4 people at the same level as the hiring manager. They have a set of standard situational questions. There's a specific process of interviewing with different levels of managers to get an offer, which depends on the job level.

I applied on the company website and then had a 30-minute call with a recruiter. After that, I had a phone screening interview with the director. The director then set up an in-office interview with the 5-person team, which consisted of 3 back-to-back interviews. All of this happened right before the pandemic lockdown. I felt like I did well but didn't end up getting an offer, possibly because of the changes in the workplace due to the pandemic.
