Behavioral Presentation

The first round was online with someone from HR and the department manager. The second round was on-site. In the second meeting, HR and two employees were present. Generally, it was very pleasant, they explained what the daily work looks like, why they are looking for someone, and what the leadership style in the department is like. Very pleasant. Unfortunately, I wasn't hired but I can't say anything bad.

Applied, had a zoom screen, then an in-person interview at the office. It was easy to talk with them, but we just weren't the right fit for each other.

Behavioral Technical

It was a video interview where I had to record myself answering questions. They also mentioned that full vaccination is required to work there, and it's a call center. I had 72 hours to complete the recorded interview. I felt it went okay and I hope I did my best since this job is important to me and I have previous call center experience.
