I went through an interview that was almost four hours long and felt too long and messy for the job. It began with a group interview with about 20 people, which felt more like a college class than a job interview. We had to do a group activity, a written test, and a one-on-one interview all at once. They said we'd hear back in a week, but I didn't get any response, so I had to follow up myself and then found out I didn't get the job. The whole thing seemed badly explained and a waste of time, especially since it wasn't a senior role and the pay wasn't great. Plus, the location was pretty far out (Mascot), making it even less convenient. I'd suggest they improve their hiring process and communicate better with everyone.

I got reached out to on Linkedin and then started the interview process, which has about 8 steps where I met multiple company managers. All the interviews were in person. It was a really good experience because everyone was super nice and happy to hear my thoughts on various fashion business topics.

The interview process for this role is quite lengthy, potentially spanning from October to April. Initially, you'll submit your CV and answer some questions on the early career site. If that goes well, you'll be invited to complete a Talent Q test, which includes verbal, numerical, and logical reasoning sections, and can be done in any language. Following that, there's a HireVue interview where you'll answer common questions online. You'll only have a few days to prepare and complete both the Talent Q and HireVue assessments. If successful, you'll proceed to an Assessment Centre in Watford. There, you'll participate in a standardized interview, a data task involving product allocation, two group discussions/tasks, and a job shadowing session (which isn't scored).
