The whole process was super long and honestly pretty messy. I was left hanging for weeks sometimes, and it felt like no one was really in charge of keeping things moving.

Had a telephone interview for about 30 minutes. Then a week later, I had a Competency interview that involved a floor walk, lasting about 3 hours. This was followed by an Insight day where I got to see the store operate, ask questions, talk to the teams, and get a feel for the company with a store manager. I also had to deliver a SWOT and meet with the D.M.

After passing an online assessment, there's a 30-minute phone interview covering resume, experience, and motivation for changing jobs. This is followed by a 1-hour in-person meeting with a Store Manager at a branch, focusing on daily tasks, internal company details, and repeating initial questions. Successful candidates then have a 'Store Day' where they actively participate in store operations (receiving goods, merchandising, time tracking) and meet with the regional manager, reiterating questions and answering their own. All interviewers were friendly and approachable.
