First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at T.K. Maxx.
Customer Service Representative
It was easy, they mostly wanted someone very flexible. There was a test that needed to be done beforehand (all on customer service, multiple choice).
- Could you introduce yourself?
Customer Service Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy to follow, so not too bad! Standard interview questions generally, mainly asking how you would handle different situations during work and how you would cope with difficult customers, etc.
- What's a weakness you're looking to work on?
Customer Service Associate
It was a typical retail job interview. They asked me some personal questions, and also asked situational questions about how I'd handle customer service and teamwork. They also wanted to know if I was flexible to work overtime.
- Can you share an instance where you provided outstanding customer service?
- Could you describe your willingness and ability to work overtime when needed?
- Tell me about your experience working collaboratively within a team.
