Communications Assistant
There were 3 rounds for the interview. The first round was a large group interview with around 12 people applying, and they gave an overview of the job. The second interview was more personal to see if you were a good individual fit. The final round was with the branch director, Hunter, who was very nice and made the interview feel less stressful.
- What aspects of a company's culture do you consider important?
Technical Staff
It was a two-stage process. First, I spoke with HR. Then, I had chats with the senior director from the line division and some core program leads. No technical stuff was discussed, it was all casual chats to understand my interests and inclinations. Overall, it was a good experience, though good grades are needed to secure an offer.
- Are you a Singaporean citizen?
Event Specialist
So there are 2 official interviews. First one is with someone who has been with the company for a while, and the second one is with the owner. They give you a call back if you move on to the next interview, and they email you if you don't make it.
- Rate your comfort level from 1 to 10 when it comes to approaching and talking to people, and explain why.
Marketing Coordinator
The process kicked off with a group session where lots of candidates were present. After that, there was a one-on-one interview over Zoom. It was a lot about getting to know each other and learning about T&D's company and culture.
- What chances would this role create for you?
