First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Systems Unlimited.
Supported Living Coordinator
This interview process was frustrating. For one position, I interviewed twice. For a different position, I had three interviews plus a written part. The interviewers were nice but asked vague questions from a sheet, and I had to ask them to explain things multiple times.
- How do you handle situations where a guardian's expectations are unreasonable?
DSP Engineer
The interview process can differ based on the person and the specific office location. My own experience was brief and involved some standard interview questions. I'm aware that some candidates go through a group interview format instead of one-on-one. Some interviews may also differ.
- What makes you want to join our company?
Counselor
It was a basic phone interview initially to see if my personality was a good fit for the company's culture. After that, I had an in-person interview where I completed a questionnaire to give them a better understanding of my personality. They also asked about my previous experience helping people with disabilities.
- What is your comfort level with assisting a client who has a bowel movement and then cleaning it up?
- Tell me about your previous experience working with individuals with disabilities.
