Behavioral Other

I applied online and was contacted within 24 hours. They scheduled me to come to their Troy office for an interview with a senior recruiter, some random guy, and the CEO. It felt very attacked during the interview. The CEO asked about my parents and where I'm from, seeming to gauge my desperation for a job. I think the CEO just uses interviews to feel important, talking the whole time and asking inappropriate questions.

So, there were a few levels, like Level 1 and Level 2. Then, for the Ford selection process, there was an HR discussion and a HackerRank test. After that, there was a client interview. Then I worked on a project for Ford, and after that project was done, I interviewed again and got another project. I've been working on different projects for a couple of years now.
