Behavioral Technical

I got an email from HR for an initial screening. She was super quick and set up a call for the next day, which was really chill and easy. Right after that, I had a video interview with a manager. We had a good chat, and they asked me some typical behavioral questions to see if I was really interested in the job. Then, they asked if I was okay with coming into the office for an in-person interview, which was nice of them. The in-person was with the manager from before, someone from senior management, the group leader, and another employee to talk about the company culture and work vibe. They asked a mix of behavioral stuff and some questions about systems engineering concepts. I got an offer not long after. The whole thing was pretty relaxed and gave me a good feel for the company.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

A senior engineer reached out after seeing my resume on Craigslist. The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks. First, I had a phone call with him. Then, an HR person called me up to schedule an in-office interview kinda last minute. They didn't mention a technical part, but it turned out okay. The in-office part had six bits to it. I started by meeting the Head of HR to get the company lowdown. Next, I met an engineer who wanted to see how I'd handle a fault analysis problem to check my problem-solving skills. After that, I chatted one-on-one with two senior engineers about behavioral stuff. Then, I had a sit-down with the VP of the division to talk about career goals and where I see myself going. He seemed like a really cool, genuine dude. I also got to chat with a project manager to see if that's a path I'd be into. To wrap things up, I had a final meeting with the Head of HR. They sent over an offer a few days later.
