I started with an HR screening call to go over some basic things like my interest in the role, my reasons for leaving my previous job, and whether I could get a clearance. After that, I had a phone interview where they asked more about my qualifications and general interview questions. Finally, I had three video interviews with a peer, two supervisors, and the program director.

I had four interviews in total over about a week. First, I spoke with a recruiter, then a peer, and finally two different managers. The recruiter interview was good. The peer interview was also good and a pleasant chat. The first manager I interviewed with was not great - very cold, not friendly, seemed arrogant and condescending. The second manager had a similar vibe, and we both felt I wasn't a good fit, which was fine by me.
