The interview process was quite thorough. It started with a one-way video interview on SparkHire. If successful, I received a link to a questionnaire that included a typing test. Following that, I was invited for an in-person interview. After the in-person meeting, I received a job offer over the phone, and was instructed to complete a drug screening the next day. I was also informed about my start date for training. The timeline was about two weeks between each stage, totaling six weeks from the initial video interview to the final offer.

Had a phone chat with HR. HR was nice and punctual. The job itself is quite different from what was advertised. Be ready for 12-hour days starting at 5:30 AM. The application asks for things like your expected salary, if you're willing to work weekends and holidays, and days you're unavailable. I said I wasn't willing to work Sundays, and that was it, no offer. HR sent a standard rejection email. Definitely not a good experience.

The interview process was really smooth and on time. The person interviewing me asked really specific and detailed questions. They used a score sheet to track points during the interview. It was very professional and the whole experience felt very positive.
