They started with a recruitment test, which was basically a paper test with a bunch of questions. Then there was an initial screening round where an HR person asked some basic questions. After that, it was a technical round where they asked about the work I'd done. The final interview was about salary and making sure I'd be a good culture fit.

I had a really bad experience with this company. It started with an HR call asking about my experience, then they scheduled a technical video interview. They didn't mention salary or the number of interviews beforehand. The first interview was technical, focusing on Azure cloud, but surprisingly, the interviewer, who was technical, asked about my current and desired salary. The next day, HR called and recommended me for a second technical interview, and again, they asked about my salary. In the second interview, the interviewer, who was from Pakistan but based in the US, asked more technical questions and then, surprisingly, asked about my salary again. He also belittled me, implying I wasn't worth my salary demand, and mentioned there's no set system for raises. He said I'd get an offer next week, but it wouldn't be what I asked for, and it would be a 5-day work-from-office job with potential extra hours for meetings. Red flags were asking salary in a technical interview, HR giving too many small details, the belittling in the second interview, and the proud mention of a toxic work environment with no work-life balance. Finally, they said they'd make an offer but never even contacted me to say I wasn't selected or the job was closed.

So basically the company is an offshore company and I've gone through the whole process until I got the offer. It started with a recruiter phone call, then I had a technical interview with someone from Pakistan. After that, I had another technical interview, but this time with people from the company I'd actually be working for, which was Vodafone Egypt. Finally, I had an in-person HR interview at their Cairo office in Smart Village, and that's where I got the offer.
