First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Systems Limited.
Associate Consultant
For MTO there will be one non-technical and one technical interview. The technical interview won't be too hard but they ask questions relevant to fresh graduates, like OOP and Data Structure concepts.
- What are the pillars of OOP?
- Can you explain data structures?
- What are SQL queries?
Associate Consultant
The interview process had about 3-4 interviews, starting with an online test. The test was pretty easy, mostly IQ stuff and some basic programming questions. The first interview with the tech team asked some light basic DSA questions. The second interview had more advanced DSA and Design questions. The final one was an HR interview, mainly to judge personality and see if I'd fit the company culture.
- Could you find duplicates in an array?
Associate Consultant
The interview process is pretty simple. The first interview is with HR, where they will try to judge your communication and personality to see if you can fit into the company's environment. If you clear that interview, you will soon receive a call for the second interview (technical). Technical interview questions may vary according to the field you are applying for. If it's for programming development, you will be asked about OOP concepts and some basic information about the specific stack you are applying for. If you're a fresh graduate, questions may be more critical and technology-specific, else according to your experience.
- Could you differentiate between encapsulation and abstraction?
- Can you explain the fundamental principles of OOP?
- What are nullable data types, and can you provide an example?
