HR Coordinator
Started with a quick phone call, then had a one hour in-person interview. They got back to me fast. I really liked how it all went.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
Project Manager
The interview process was really efficient. I got to meet a bunch of the leadership team, which gave me a solid feel for what it would be like working there.
- Tell me about your experience in a similar project management role.
- How does your skillset match your resume?
Inside Sales Representative
The interview process was pretty fast and easy, with one phone call and then two in-person meetings at their office. It was a pretty simple process, not too hard. The hiring manager made an offer pretty quickly, but it was less than what was posted on the job ad. After they explained the offer over the phone, I asked them to match the job posting. I never got the actual offer letter after that call or any word on if they would match it. After trying to get in touch for over a week, they finally got back to me and said they were pulling the offer because I was 'too expensive.' It was a really bad experience overall because they didn't communicate well or being transparent. I wouldn't recommend interviewing with this company because they seem disorganized and unprofessional.
- Can you try to sell me something that's in this room right now?
- What is it about sales that appeals to you?
- Could you describe your lifestyle outside of your work?
Software Engineer Intern
Got an email after applying at the career fair. First, had to take a timed computer-based aptitude test. The time was too short and it was irrelevant to the job. Then, there were two interviewers, one senior and one higher-up. The senior engineer seemed to be showing off to the senior person and kept interrupting me, asking new questions before I could finish answering the previous ones. Some questions were also irrelevant. Maybe he's new to interviewing. I felt awkward and was glad I didn't get it.
- The timed aptitude test that was administered at the beginning.
