The interview was thorough and the conversations were very pleasant. I had the opportunity to tour the fabrication site and see different areas like R&D. They didn't focus too much on the technical aspects of the job, but were more interested in my attitude and mindset. The process included a recruiter call, an onsite visit with a presentation, and a background check.
