First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Systel.
Test Engineering Manager
First, there was a screening call about the job and other details. Then, a PI exam with a cognitive test. After that, two onsite interviews, each an hour long, with department managers/heads and the company president.
- Describe a time you had to handle a difficult coworker or a challenging social situation and explain your response.
Marketing Manager
The hiring process was really long and cumbersome. There was an initial call with the recruiting firm, then two interviews at the company itself. After that, there was a two-hour psychometric test. Finally, there was some last-minute excuse that, if true, should have come up earlier in the process. It felt unprofessional.
- A two-hour psychometric test was administered.
Process Analyst
I had a phone call to tell me about the position and my situation. Then we had a Google Meet which was more technical, focused on the role and its tasks.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Are you okay with rotating shifts?
Human Resources Specialist
So first, there was an exam based on an American English video, and the questions were about the video and some American Geography, since it's a US Staffing company. After that, I had a personal interview with the HR and the CEO.
- Are you available to work night shifts?
