The interview process involved two rounds: one in-person and one phone interview. Overall, it felt like a fair process, though I couldn't really tell how enthusiastic the company was, but that might have just been me.

The manager seemed to dislike me, so I was surprised to get a callback. The interview process felt a bit off, maybe even a little racist. Mostly, they asked about my previous experience and background.

Behavioral Other

It was a really relaxed interview, the people interviewing me were really nice. It was a one-on-one interview. You get a good feel for the company and what they expect from people who work there. I think for sysnet, they care more about if you'll vibe with the company culture, and experience comes second. It was a good interview.
