This interview experience was quite disappointing. It started with an HR screening which included an aptitude test, which seemed acceptable given the UI/UX designer role. Then, the actual interview was conducted by someone the HR called a manager, but who introduced himself as a co-founder. It was rather ironic because the job description emphasized excellent communication skills, yet this individual's communication abilities were lacking.

The interview process had 3 rounds. The HR person, Sheetal, didn't stick to her word. She initially mentioned an expected CTC, but after I cleared all the rounds, she said they couldn't offer that amount. This wasted a week of my time. If you can't keep your promises, don't waste people's time.

The process was bad. They made me download their app which was unnecessary. The questions didn't seem related to the job and I'm not sure what they were looking for. They asked random optimization techniques, felt like questions for freshers.
