ML Engineer
The interview process involved multiple rounds. After clearing all stages, HR initiated the background check and confirmed the offer. However, at the last moment, after all the process and formalities were completed, they rejected the candidate without any reason. The behavior was very bad.

Cloud DevOps Engineer
We start with phone screenings and technical assessments to see if you're a good fit. Then, a manager might chat with you to check out your leadership potential and how you handle tasks. Lastly, there's the HR round for talking about salary and contract stuff. This part is super important to make sure we're on the same page and it works out for everyone. It's a full process to make sure you've got the skills and vibe with our company culture.
- Could you please detail the qualifications listed on your resume?
- What is your experience with the Azure platform?
Project Manager
So I had this interview for a Senior Project Manager gig. It was two rounds. The first one was with a senior manager, and it was pretty good, they were nice and told me about the job and company vibe. Gave me a good feeling. But the second round, with a senior exec? That was something else. The person was kinda rude and discriminatory, no joke. They got all confrontational and talked about how the company is struggling and maybe over-promised. You could tell they were stressed. They basically said they want someone to work non-stop for cheap, like 24/7, and just make clients happy, not really bring in new ideas. It felt like they weren't looking for skills but just someone to do what they're told. They were also really resistant to new ideas, especially from younger folks or experts. So, yeah, first round was cool, but the second one was a major red flag. The rudeness, the talk about company problems, and the crazy expectations made me think twice. It's worth considering if this is the right place for you before jumping in, and I wanted to share my experience.
- Can you share examples of your experience with real-world project scenarios?
- How do you practically apply methodologies like Agile?
- Describe how you've handled challenging real-world project situations.
Intern
The interview process involved explaining Event Bubbling and Event Capturing, which tests knowledge of DOM event handling. Then, there was a question about Promises and how they work, assessing understanding of asynchronous programming. After that, I was asked to describe the difference between var, let, and const to check knowledge of variable scopes and ES6 block scoping. The concept of closures in JavaScript was also explored, testing understanding of scope management. Finally, I had to explain the Prototype Chain in JavaScript, which targets understanding of prototypical inheritance. There was also a question about Higher Order Functions in JavaScript.
- Can you explain event bubbling and event capturing?
- What are Promises and how do they function?
- What's the difference between var, let, and const?
