The interview was pretty cool and a bit longer than I thought it would be, with about 5-6 calls in total, and I had to do a presentation at the end. It mostly seemed to be about checking out personality, coachability, grit, and other qualitative stuff. The leaders were great though, always happy to answer my questions and checked in with me a lot.

The interview process for the SDR position was quite fast and went really smoothly. The conversations were straightforward and to the point, following a clear structure. It felt like they really cared about the person, giving me space to share my own thoughts and making sure I felt heard, instead of just going through a checklist.

Behavioral Presentation

The interviews happened fast, within 9 days of me reaching out. I got a good look at the company culture and product. I also chatted with a few sales team folks about how they do things and what they're looking for in a candidate. The whole process was smooth and quick, so I was able to start just 16 days after first contact. It's been an amazing and really welcoming team since I started; it honestly feels more like a hobby I enjoy than actual work.
