Behavioral Technical System Design

This was a fast and well-executed hiring process. The stages were pretty standard, with a focus on technical skills during the engineering part. It included a call with the hiring manager about your past experiences and motivation, a product execution/sense interview, a high-level system design interview, and leadership interviews. The interviews were fun.

Behavioral Case Presentation

So the interview process was pretty structured and well thought out. It started with a recruiter call, then I chatted with the hiring manager. After that, I got a take-home case study about product strategy and prioritization in AI video. I submitted that, and then presented it to a panel of PMs and design leads. The last part was a culture fit interview with different people from other teams. They kept me in the loop the whole time, and everyone was really nice and interested.
