I went through a hiring process with a few interviews and a case study. While they communicated okay, I'm not sure about how transparent it all was and if they were on the same page strategically. The job was posted for ages as a DACH role (in Germany) for the German market. But, they ended up hiring someone from the US who doesn't speak German for Field Marketing Manager. It makes me wonder if they really cared about local market knowledge and language in the end. I spent a lot of time on a case study, and it's not clear how they used it. Maybe they should think about how this looks to people in the DACH region. Running local hiring for a long time and then hiring internationally might hurt their reputation there!

I had 3 interviews and a super long project, which I think they gave too early. It felt like too much work for a candidate they might cut because one person on the hiring panel (who didn't even look at the project) decided they weren't a good fit.

The interview process was quite good overall. Even though there were several stages, including an assessment, everything moved along pretty fast. The process included interviews with different team members.
