My interview process at Synthesia was great and really easy. Everyone I met was super nice and you could tell they really liked working there. It had 4 stages, and they were quick to give me feedback and let me know about the next steps. They also gave me enough time to do the take-home assignment.

I had three interviews for this role. First, I spoke with the hiring manager about the job and my resume. Then, I had a technical interview with someone on the team. The last interview was focused on behavioral questions. I liked the process overall, but after the third interview, they stopped responding, and I never heard back or got any feedback.

I got referred by someone in the company and the whole thing from applying to getting the offer took only two weeks. It was super fast and they gave me feedback quickly and let me know what was next within hours. First I talked to the hiring manager, then some of the team, then I had a take-home assignment, and finally, I met with one of the co-founders. All in all, it was a really good experience and I can't complain about how the interviews went.
