I started with HR, then went through a 3-stage interview with 3 other engineers. Two of them were technical interviews, and the third one was more of a conceptual chat about inventory.

First, you'll have a quick phone call with HR for logistics. After that, you'll chat with the manufacturing team leader. They'll give you more details about the role and set expectations, helping you get a feel for the job. They'll also ask a few questions about your resume and past experiences. Then, you'll visit the facility for another interview. During this visit, you'll get a tour and meet two other team members. Some technical questions will be asked, but they're usually hypothetical and relate to manufacturing processes, like 'what would you do in X situation?'.

The interview process for the Network Administrator position was good. It started with a technical phone screen that tested networking knowledge, including in-depth topics like OSI vs TCP/IP. After passing that, I was invited to the SynQor campus for further interviews with the hiring manager, colleagues, and HR. This role supports R&D machines and international networks, not just desktop support. The whole process took about a month, which seems standard.

The process for setting up the interview was smooth and the people were friendly. They had the interview process well organized with who would come in when. It consisted of two one-on-ones and a skills test. I didn't like that they didn't do a phone screening ahead of time. During the interview, I found out I did not have background in some areas the job would require. The job description was somewhat vague.
