It was a really thorough interview process. I felt like I knew what to expect at each step, and it made me feel pretty comfortable. There were several interviews, and they were spread out over time, but that was fine with me. Everyone I spoke with was professional and easy to chat with.

It was pretty simple. They asked about my cash handling skills and working in customer service. It was just one round with two interviewers. They seemed pretty positive about my interview and said I already answered all of their follow up questions. I followed up after the interview and they never emailed me back.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty basic. First, I chatted with the Creative Lead, and we went over my resume and portfolio. Then, I had a second interview with the Senior Creative Director where we talked more about the brand's creative goals. After that, it was quiet for about a week and a half until I followed up and found out they weren't moving forward with me.

I got an email telling me to apply on the Synovus Company Website. The application was kind of long because they use ADP. Then I got an invite for an online assessment. It had different customer scenarios at the bank and I had to pick the right actions based on bank rules. Stuff like customer service, reading check numbers, making change, following rules, and knowing products was key. After passing that, I went to the branch for an interview with the head teller and manager. It was casual and comfortable, and I got the job the same day. The company was really professional and welcoming.
