After submitting my application online, I had a recruiter interview via Zoom. Then, the hiring manager interviewed me over Zoom. This was followed by a technical panel interview, also on Zoom. I received an offer eventually. The whole process was really quick, and everyone was very professional. I declined the offer, but I had a good feeling about the team and the hiring manager.

The whole interview process took the entire day with about 7 candidates, and I was one of the two who reached the final round. It's been 2 months since the interview and still no response. Initially, they said results would be out within a week. After I followed up, they said the process was still ongoing. Three weeks later, they informed me that both candidates were in a gray area of not being clearly rejected or selected. They promised a final decision by the end of that week, but again, no response, and I didn't follow up further. It's strange to have this 'clear reject/select' concept; a candidate is either suitable or not. Companies should be more transparent and give candidates a clear decision so they can move on instead of waiting. The Noida office environment was quite depressing.
