Behavioral Other

Started with a phone interview with the decision maker, which went really well and got me an onsite interview. I spoke with 3 other people there and had great conversations. Then the decision maker came in, but instead of asking me anything, he said he knew enough and was just there to answer my questions. He mentioned he'd get feedback from his team later. It was a bit weird and threw me off, especially since I took time off work after they pursued me.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a really thorough process. I spoke with people at all levels - peers, people who would report to me, and people I would indirectly manage. I also chatted with HR and the staffing team. The one-on-one chats were all over the place, covering domain knowledge, my leadership style, personality stuff, hypothetical situations, and tough customer scenarios. I felt like they really had a plan, with each person digging into a different part of my background and what I was interested in.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an example of a difficult customer issue you successfully resolved?
  • Describe a challenging customer situation you handled that resulted in customer satisfaction.
