Analog Design Engineer
The technical round began with fundamental questions about RC and MOSFETs, followed by inquiries related to the content of your resume. There were also a few additional basic questions. The interviewer maintained a very calm demeanor while posing the questions.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Analog Design Engineer
After filling out a form and creating an account on their website, you can apply for the position. If they're interested, you need to schedule an interview with a Talent Acquisition person, who doesn't seem to know the function or the office/region you applied to. After this interview, it takes at least two weeks to get a response about a follow-up meeting with the manager or director of that region/division.
- Can you tell me what your top 3 qualities are?
- Why do you feel you're a good fit for these specific design challenges?
- Could you walk me through how you tackled the issues you encountered during your thesis?
Analog Design Engineer
The interview was pretty technical, going really deep into circuit design. They asked detailed questions about analog and digital circuits, device behavior, and design trade-offs. They wanted to see if I could solve real problems, like how to size transistors, handle process variation, and optimize circuits for performance and power. It wasn't much about general background, more about how I'd tackle actual design challenges step-by-step.
- Can you explain how to size an inverter and describe its operating regions?
