First, there was a phone call where we talked about the job, pay, and where the office is. They also asked some stuff about my background to see if I was a good fit. Then, the last round was a video call where I talked to four people in total – two women from the Orlando office and two from NYC.

The hiring manager was really professional but also chill. They made me feel comfortable and respected, not looked down upon because of my past experience. The vibe was really relaxed. The questions felt logical and it seemed like the job was all about whether I could do the work. Easy to talk to.
