I went through three interviews before they hired me. They kept things professional and made sure to test my experience and how capable I was. The second interview was the longest and they really dug into how I could be a benefit to the company.

When I arrived at the office, the first thing they had me do was a Wonderlic test. After I did well on that, I had an interview with a manager. They asked me some more questions about networking, but they weren't too worried about what I didn't know because they said most of the learning happens on the job.

They spend a lot of time testing you. They phone screen you, and then other managers sit in on the interviews. They call you back with more questions. A lot of focus is on how you deal with other members of the team. They want to make sure in the questions that you don't feel you're too good to do certain types of work, as they want you to do the work that is asked of you, not the work that you want to do always. People who are very narrow on what they want to do might not fit here. They ask about willingness to travel and work hours.

It was a pretty relaxed interview, but they did hit me with some pretty technical questions. I went through three parts. First up was the head of HR for some general knowledge questions. Then, I chatted with the sales manager about the role, what they're looking for, and what they expect. Finally, I met with the COO to talk about how I'd fit into the company.
