First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Synergy Computer Solutions.
Business Development
It was my first ever Interview. Though I wasn't selected but it was good. The interviewer seemed so polite and was guiding me about so many things. All I can say that I had the overall good experience at Synergy.
- Can you tell me what you know about Business Development?
Customer Service Representative
It was a group interview, which I wasn't expecting and I personally do better in one-on-one settings. The interviewer seemed really bored and wasn't the best representative for the company. Also, I didn't feel excited about working there after the interview.
- How do you handle an angry client?
IT
The recruiter reached out to me first for this contract-to-hire role. After that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, and then an on-site interview where I met the team I'd be working with.
- How would you approach debugging replication issues?
Software Engineer
The process was pretty straightforward. In 2023, they had a walk-in drive that included a written test with coding and aptitude questions. After that, if you were shortlisted, they called you for a technical interview and an HR interview, followed by document verification. During the interviews, they really dug into the core concepts of your programming language, like OOPS.
- Can you explain interfaces and OOPS concepts?
- What are your strengths in web development, particularly with Javascript?
