So first, the Talent Acquisition Manager gave me a call, kind of like a screening. She was super nice. After that, she invited me for a one-on-one interview at their place. When I got there, the front desk lady had me sign in and offered me a drink or snack. Then the TA manager came, introduced herself, and took me to a conference room. We chatted for about 45 minutes about my past jobs, my experience, what's important to me, and what's important to the company. After we finished, she walked me out and mentioned the next step was a panel interview. She said she'd call me with dates once the department managers were available. When I went back for the panel, there were five people. I was a bit nervous thinking it'd be intense, but it wasn't at all! They each asked a question, and then I got to ask them questions too. After the panel and reference checks, they called and offered me the job, saying they'd email the official offer. I'm so thrilled to be working here!

I applied online for a Medical Biller position and was contacted by Kahlin Grant. Kahlin kept me updated throughout the process. Although I applied for Medical Biller, Kahlin suggested that I would be a better fit for the QA department, and after reviewing the job description, I agreed. My next interview was a panel interview with the CEO and Management Team, which was a new experience for me. Despite my initial nervousness, the panel made me feel welcome and relaxed.

The leadership team, including the CEO, were present making the interview a little nerve wrecking. The Manager for the department I applied for was also present for the interview, there were 6 of us in total for the interview process. There were a total of 10 questions that were difficult to answer as I did not fully prepare myself for. They are mainly about you, they want to know how your skills will benefit the role you are applying for and the experience you have for fulfilling that position. I replied with confident statements about my passion for doing what I do and after the interview I was asked to wait outside for a brief moment and would then be called back in with a response on hiring. I was hired and was communicated through email my start date.

They considered me for a different role initially but then offered me the job right after interviewing. The whole process felt longer than typical.
