This was a really frustrating interview process. A recruiter contacted me about an IT Sales Executive position and seemed interested. But whenever I asked for basic info like hours or pay, she just said she'd let me know and then never did. I did go onsite and meet the team, who were okay, but after that it was chaos. I was told repeatedly they wanted to hire me and that I'd get an offer that day. This went on for almost two weeks, with me chasing them and still no real answers. Eventually, after all that time, they told me they had a hiring freeze and couldn't proceed.

Behavioral Technical Case

Applied online and had a quick phone interview within a week. Got a response in about a week to set up an on-site interview. The process was typical: some behavioral questions, marketing-specific questions, and a short case study. The HR and CEO interviewed me. Received an offer the following week and was asked to start in two weeks.

The interview process was terrible. The recruiter misspelled my name multiple times via email, which was frustrating. After a recruiter screen that I thought went well, they said they'd schedule another interview the next day but then ghosted me despite my attempts to follow up. The recruiter seemed uninformed about the role and company, quickly moved to questioning, and had a very flat personality, which is surprising for someone in recruiting.
