First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Syner-G BioPharma Group.
National Account Manager
The interview process was very systematic, clear, and transparent. It was one of the best I've experienced, and they even offered a 30-minute debrief call afterwards to explain their decision-making process since they didn't extend an offer. This small firm really sets a high standard.
- They provided a 30-minute debrief to explain the reasons for not moving forward with an offer.
Business Development Director
The interview process was good overall. It had multiple rounds with different team members. The employment verification step was a bit clunky, but the rest of the interview process was great, and you get to meet a lot of people from different divisions.
- What's your strategy for developing this new market?
Regulatory Affairs Specialist
First, there was a quick call with HR. Then, I had a video interview with two staff members. It was super unprofessional. I was supposed to talk to three people, but two of them kept canceling right when the video interviews were supposed to start. They didn't even send an email or anything, so I had to keep calling the same HR person to figure out what was going on. You could tell there was no communication between HR and the staff. The company is also pretty small and doesn't seem to have a big budget, because they mentioned 2-3 times that the salary might be less than other jobs, which is why I think I didn't get the offer. They didn't bother to call or email me after the interview. It's just basic courtesy to at least let candidates know what's happening and not just ignore them. Really disappointing experience overall.
- Who would you want to meet if you could meet anyone, and what's the reason for your choice?
Regulatory Consultant
I interviewed with people at different levels at the company. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview, and everyone was really friendly and professional. The whole thing took about two months from start to finish, including getting the offer letter. Overall, it was a pretty smooth process.
- Could you describe the roles and responsibilities of your current job?
