I attended the first round, conducted by two people who didn't seem to be recruiting specialists. They didn't pause, just kept asking questions back-to-back. They expected textbook answers; if you tried to explain practically, they acted like you didn't know anything and would reject you. It was one of the worst interviews I've had recently.

I was initially contacted by a consultancy for a screening. Following that, during the process of scheduling the subsequent interview rounds, the company's HR department never reached out to me directly. I only received an email with random information. Later, the consultancy got back to me after a couple of weeks to discuss Salary, Designation, Joining time, etc. They mentioned HR would send an offer letter, but it never came. To make matters worse, the HR person handling it later left the company. It's quite unfortunate for the organization to have such HR personnel as their representatives.
