Process Engineer
It was a 3 stage interview, all happened in one day. I met with the Assistant Plant Manager, the Chief Operator and Lab Manager, and the Plant Manager. We did a plant tour and the whole thing took about 2.5 hours.

Technical Services Specialist
Applied online on a Thursday. Got a call the following Tuesday from HR. Answered her questions. She said someone from the local office would call within a week and a half to set up an in-person interview. Got a call on Thursday afternoon wanting to do a lunch interview for the next day. The lunch interview went well and he seemed positive. He said he would make a decision by Tuesday or Wednesday. A week passed and no word. Called him on Wednesday, exactly one week after he said he'd let me know. I asked if he needed additional info. He said no and hung up rudely. It has been a month and a half and I still haven't heard anything. I'm looking elsewhere. After that call, I don't know if I'd want to work for someone like that.
- Did you do any research on the company? What did you find out?
Administrative Assistant/Planner
The interview took place in their conference room, and the atmosphere was really comfortable and nice. The managers and the HR person were friendly, shaking hands firmly and smiling a lot during the chat. It was a good experience talking with them, and they made the whole process feel easy and not stressful. I left feeling positive and like I was a good fit for the role. They ended up promoting someone from within, which I totally get.
- Can you tell me about your experience with computer software programs?
Professional
Managers talked with me, and we had lunch. They explained my duties. The HR interview was alright. The process was fine and everyone was nice. Just prepare by thinking about the role and your experience. Dress professionally and research the wastewater treatment industry.
- Can you share a significant accomplishment that is relevant to this role?
