The interview opportunity came from a third-party recruiter. The first step was a 30-minute session with the hiring manager, who reviewed my resume and asked probing questions based on the bullet points. Unfortunately, the hiring manager took two weeks to give feedback to the recruiter, and they ended up hiring someone else through a different agency. This was a really poor process due to the delay in feedback.

Behavioral Technical

So I'm an IT Intern for Software Development, and the first interview was right after college. HR got my resume at a job fair, and we had a quick chat. It was mostly about getting to know me as a person, nothing technical. Then, they called me back for two more interviews, each with a different group. They asked questions that really focused on my soft skills and also threw in some that checked my logical thinking.

The first step was a phone screen, which was really easy if you can communicate and talk about your resume. The second round asked about modern Java language and had Leetcode questions that were easy to hard, with most being medium. It's important to practice basic and advanced data structures like trees, graphs, arrays, and Linked Lists.
