First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Symbria.
Physical Therapist
I had a phone screen with a recruiter first, then I went in for an on-site interview where two managers were present. A few days later, the recruiter called to offer me the job.
- How comfortable are you working in a fast-paced environment?
Business Analyst
The interview process was quite long but everyone was super friendly and kept me updated really quickly on anything I asked. There were several rounds, but they told me upfront so I knew what to expect.
- Some technical knowledge questions were asked.
- Also, some fun general questions.
Physical Therapist
I applied online and then had a phone interview. They asked me some basic questions, like how I found out about the job and what experience I have that's relevant. It took them about three weeks to get back to me after that.
- How did you learn about this opportunity?
- Can you tell me about your relevant experience?
Occupational Therapist
The talent rep first gave me a quick 15-min call to chat about the job. They could answer my questions and gave me the basics about the gig. They also asked about my prior experience with this group of people. After that, I sent in an application and we set up a time to meet the hiring manager the next week. The recruiter kept things moving smoothly and was super quick to respond to everything. The hiring manager interview was a 30-min virtual call. We had a friendly and open chat. They asked about my skills and background, and if I was okay with working on my own.
- As a new grad, how do you feel about working independently?
- Tell me about your experience working with older adults.
- Do you have any questions for me?
