It was a good process and I enjoyed it, it helped me focus and concentrate, and I was able to crack it and it was fine. They asked me technical and practical and theoretical questions which was in my curriculum.

The process involves coordinating resume verification, interview readiness workshops, and mock GD/PI sessions. You'll support students with placement insights and keep them informed. It also includes facilitating recruiter engagement by scheduling drives, managing databases, and organizing pre-placement talks. You'll help maintain recruiter relationships and assist in organizing on-campus and virtual placement drives, handling logistics, recruiter coordination, and student assignments. The goal is to ensure interviews, assessments, and offers run smoothly.

For the MBA program at Symbiosis Society, the interview process is pretty intense. It involves looking closely at your studies and work history, having group chats, one-on-one interviews, and a written part to see how well you think, lead, and know your stuff. They want to figure out if you've got the academic chops and if you're a good fit for the MBA program overall.

The interview process included general aptitude and subject-specific questions. It's important to answer questions specifically without unnecessary explanations or going off-topic. Showing interest in research work is key. Be prepared for questions like, "Don’t you think you are overqualified for this position?" You might feel that I possess more degrees than you require for this position. But, I believe that I grow everyday when I talk to my staff, customers and superiors. So, basically the learning process continues through out the life – I don’t think I am over qualified.
